Abstract

The emergence of fintech in India is transforming rapidly, providing significant opportunities but also presenting challenges and risks in the implementation of fintech. The paper examines the drivers of success factors and explores real-life cases of successful strategic fintech implementation. On this basis, it proposed a strategic fintech success factor and framework for achieving successful fintech implementation in India, thereby overcoming the hurdles associated with implementing fintech. The study aims to conduct an in-depth literature review to propose a strategic fintech success factor and a fintech implementation roadmap that will benefit policymakers, regulators, fintech players, and investors, thereby fostering sustainable economic growth and building customer trust to create a flourishing fintech ecosystem in India.
