The optimization of healthcare insurance systems is paramount to enhancing accessibility, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the healthcare sector. This study explores the integration of advanced .NET architectural paradigms and cross-platform solutions to achieve scalable, secure, and high-performance healthcare insurance systems. Leveraging microservices, cloud-native computing, and cutting-edge .NET frameworks, the research proposes a robust model for automating claims processing, improving data interoperability, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A hybrid integration approach incorporating .NET MAUI for cross-platform applications is evaluated to streamline user interactions across devices. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in processing speed, system reliability, and user satisfaction metrics. The findings highlight the potential of advanced .NET architectural designs in transforming traditional healthcare insurance systems, paving the way for innovative, technology-driven solutions in the sector.
